Monthly wellness plans
Regular care at a set monthly price: adjustments, massage or both.
Option 1
Individual
$55 a month
Two adjustments a month, one every two weeks. With a one-hour massage: $95.
Add therapies for $1 a minute.
Option 2
Family (2 people)
$85 a month
Two adjustments a month for each person. Add $35 for each extra family member, $40 for a one-hour massage.
Add therapies for $1 a minute.
Option 3
Chiropractic and massage
$125 a month
Two 60-minute massages (one every two weeks) and one adjustment.
Add therapies for $1 a minute.
Option 4
Massage therapy
$105 a month
Two 60-minute massages a month, one every two weeks.
How the plans work
- Sign up for at least two months. The membership renews for two more months at the end of each term.
- You can put the membership on hold (with notice) while an injury is treated through your medical or personal insurance.
- This is a wellness plan. Work injuries and car accidents are injuries, not wellness, so they are billed to the proper insurance.
- If you don’t use it, you lose it: a missed adjustment or massage can’t be made up in the following two weeks.
- Therapy combinations (roller table and electric stimulation, or hot pack and electric stimulation) are $1 a minute.
Before you start
Before your first chiropractic treatment, the doctor does a basic exam to make sure this care is right for you. The exam is $45.
Payment
You pay at the beginning of each month with a credit card on file. If you cancel, used visits are charged at our standard rates: $55 for an adjustment and $65 for a massage.
